Bidding Process

We will walk the property with any parties from the HOA and Board that you would like to include. We will discuss in detail the work to be done and the best way to accomplish the work.

Questions From Residents

The Board will communicate with the residents ahead of time regarding the overview of work and the general time frame.

We will post notices 7–10 days prior to the start of the work.

Quite possibly there will be some noise or dust. We work between 8 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday. Occasionally, work may be done on Saturday with Board approval.
